The Deepest and The Best Within You

Maybe I don’t know you very well…Maybe we haven’t met yet…Maybe you just thought to contact me to discuss how I can help you…But I believe you can reach for the stars!!!

I know what you are thinking  now…How can you say that if you don’t know me, You don’t know who I am and what I am just going through in my life…

Well, because I believe that you have everything you need to be happy, healthy, and successful. You just need to connect with your deep inner life and rediscover you direction, purpose and motivation.

These are my 10 core beliefs I would like to share with you because I believe you can reach for the stars!

 

1. You are naturally full of potential. Maybe you just have been so caught up in hassle and buzz, that you lost the power to recognize your own great capacity. You are not weak. You just haven’t discovered your strengths yet.

2. There is only one technique you need to follow if you wish to avoid feelings of inferiority, low self-respect, low self-esteem, and low self-worth. To cure yourself of these conditions, do one thing: never rate yourself or others. Nothing else is needed.

3. The most important qualities you need to help you  overcome difficult times, are the strengths you already have inside you. You can learn how to access these strengths and connect with your belief system.

4. Your body talks to you and it doesn’t lie! It is the mirror of your thoughts and feelings. You just have to learn to acknowledge these feelings, fully experience them and get truly connected with your own needs

5. Your family, your friends, your community  is important, it is the place where you practice what you believe in and where you get your support and encouragement for your own way of living.

6.  No matter what hat or uniform you wear, we are all just humans. No-one can carry the weight of the world on the shoulders without breaking down.

7. It is nothing wrong to  to feel sad or cry when bad things happening to you. What you need to learn, is to manage emotions, not suppress them, and be able to recognize when you are stuck in negative feelings.

8. Self-forgiveness is an understanding that at any given point and time, you do our best you can with the consciousness you have that time. You have to accept that we all make mistakes and they are part of the learning process.

9. No life experience has to be wasted if you are open to learning from each one. Instead of a victim of a difficult experience, you can make yourself a student of this difficult experience.

10. Once you believe that you can achieve change, you will put in massive, determined effort to do so.
