Commitment is important to everyone therefore, try to give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment (email or leave an answer phone message if you cannot speak to us directly).

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise you will be required to pay a cancellation fee up 50% of the full session price.


If at any time you feel that treatment is not progressing, please do not hesitate to inform us. You have the right to terminate the training at any time.
